A double-roll crusher reduces material between two counter-rotating rolls; roll profile and bearing seat fit decide product size and running stability. This unit was assembled in one pass, with fits and joint faces checked to drawing, then set on a steel frame for easy lifting and site positioning. On arrival the customer connects to foundation and chutes with little re-alignment, so the plant starts sooner.

The drawing-to-order part is a large shaft with rows of teeth, finished journals and machined keyways and seats. Non-standard work stands or falls on one datum: roughing and finishing keep the same reference, critical fits are cut in one clamping, and dimensions are re-checked to drawing. Rough machining, heat treatment, finish machining and final inspection close inside the works; send a drawing and process and lead time can be quoted, for one-off parts or batches.

Bevel gear teeth and mounting faces suffer as easily from knocks and rust in transit as from machining error. Sanland builds the crate around the parts: supports and fixing points inside, separate wrapping for teeth and machined faces, padding against movement, straps over the frame, and marks, case numbers and packing list matched one to one. The open frame suits forklifts, cranes and quick checking on arrival, reducing damage, corrosion and mix-ups.
